The tool about two minutes
What is the Process Map?
The Process Map is a free AI readiness tool for small businesses. You answer thirteen questions about one workflow: what eats your time, where work falls through the cracks, what tools you use, and how you feel about technology. It maps that workflow end to end, scores its health, flags every bottleneck, and names the steps AI can take off your plate and the ones it shouldn't touch.
After the map from read to reality
The map is free. The follow-through is the service.
Deep-dive your quick win
A working session on the one step costing you the most: the specific tool, the setup, the real cost, and the honest math on whether it pays for itself. Fixed price. Sometimes the answer is "keep doing it by hand," and we say so.
Build it and train the team
We configure the workflow, connect it to what you already use, and train whoever touches it so it survives contact with a busy Tuesday. We once taught a chatbot to answer questions about timothy hay. Your invoicing is easier.
Guardrails included
Customer data stays protected, anonymized with our Kippwit tool before anything touches AI, and you leave with a one-page policy so the whole crew knows the rules.
Questions before you start straight answers
Fair questions about a free tool.
What is an AI readiness assessment for a small business?
It is a look at how your work actually flows, step by step, to find where a tool could carry the load and where it could not. Good ones are specific to your trade and honest about limits. This one maps a single workflow you pick, scores its health out of ten, counts the bottlenecks, and names the two or three places AI would pay for itself.
Is the Process Map really free, and what is the catch?
Free, no card, no trial clock. The catch, stated plainly: we ask for your name and email partway through so we can send your report and follow up once. If the report shows you need help, we would like first crack at the work. If it shows you do not, you keep the report anyway.
How long does it take?
About two minutes. Thirteen questions, mostly multiple choice, three short write-ins. If you get pulled away mid-map, your answers save in your browser and the tool offers to resume when you come back.
Will it just tell me to buy AI for everything?
No. The map marks steps as AI-ready, human-only, or a mix, and plenty of steps come back human-only. Judgment calls, site visits, and relationship work stay with you. A tool that recommends automation for everything is a brochure, not an assessment.
What do you do with my answers?
They generate your report and are stored with your name and email so we can send it and reference it if you reach out. We do not sell lists and we do not run drip campaigns. That is the entire fine print.
